About wabisabi 私たちの思い
侘び寂びでは、社員・アルバイトにかかわらず、共にお店をつくる仲間たちを
「文化人（ぶんかびと）」と呼んでいます。
文化人のみなさんにお任せするのは、お茶を点てる「お点前（バリスタ）」や、
お会計を行う「キャッシャー」だけでなく、
お客様へお茶やスイーツをお届けしたり、店内の設えを整えたり、茶器や茶葉の準備、簡単な調理など、店舗運営に関わる幅広い仕事です。
文化人同士が互いを尊重し合いながら、訪れた方が五感でお茶の世界を楽しみ、心地よく過ごしていただけるように——
ひとり一人が「おもてなしの心」を大切にしながら働いています。
At Wabi-Sabi, everyone who helps create our shop—whether full-time staff or part-time—is called a “Bunkabito” (文化人 / bunkabito), our culture stewards.
What we entrust to our Bunkabito goes beyond preparing tea—“Otemae” (tea barista)—and handling the register as a cashier.
You’ll also deliver tea and sweets to guests, arrange the space and ambiance, prepare tea utensils and leaves, assist with simple food preparation, and take on a wide range of tasks involved in daily shop operations.
With mutual respect among Bunkabito, we work so that every visitor can enjoy the world of tea with all five senses and spend a comfortable time with us.
Each of us cherishes the spirit of omotenashi—wholehearted hospitality—in everything we do.
